- Understanding the role that cultural and religious beliefs play in your care
- Ensuring that we work closely with other medical and social services involved in your care.

We will monitor the effectiveness of this policy and its impact on other relevant policies and practice.
Concerns and comments
If you believe you have been treated in any way contrary to this policy, please contact Mihail Drug Ionescu (the practice principal) at the practice. Mihail Drug Ionescu will investigate your concerns within 10 working days. Mihail Drug Ionescu will establish the facts and advise you of the outcome of the investigation within 14 working days. Where appropriate, Mihail Drug Ionescu will take necessary action. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you should raise a formal
complaint through the Practice’s Complaints Procedure.
